Whether you're lapping your local trail system or deep in a backcountry enduro, The Galby lives in your pack and handles the injuries that can end rides early - road rash, deep lacerations, even collarbone and rib injuries. This isn't your average drugstore kit - it was designed by an ER physician who mountain bikes, so every single item earns its place.

Wound Care Antiseptic prep pads (both alcohol & povidone-iodine), sanitizing wipes, multiple bandage sizes, gauze, Steri-Strip wound closures, saline rinse, superglue, non-adherent emulsion dressing for burns or scrapes, and gloves

OTC Medications & Supplements Ibuprofen, acetaminophen, aspirin, antihistamine, antacid, hydrocortisone packets, triple antibiotic, sunscreen packet, and oral rehydration salts

Durable Tools for injury care and material customization, including 5.5" mini trauma shears, popsicle splint, triangle bandage, Coban compression wrap, kinesio-tape, emergency mylar blanket, and the Ridgeline Strap

The Kit Itself Everything fits in the highly weather-resistant Traverse bag made with VX21 Xpac nylon ripstop construction and a water-resistant YKK zipper, wrapped in our signature Ridgeline Strap

Cascade First Aid does not support the use of the Ridgeline Strap as a tourniquet. We do, however, support people getting trained to use windlass-style tourniquets! Check out our resource page for more training information.
